What was swapped?

Baking wonton wrappers instead of using puff or shortcrust pastry is a lower fat alterative

Wonton wrappers can be found in the cold section of most supermarkets and have a long shelf life

Instead of smoked salmon, try using lean chicken or ham, or for a vegetarian option, omit the salmon and use half a cherry tomato

Check the wonton wrapper ingredients to ensure it is egg free if you are preparing this recipe for those with allergies

These wonton casings can be filled with any sweet or savoury filling. For a sweet fillling, try smooth reduced fat riccotta, honey, sliced strawberries and cinnamon
