Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rockmelon flesh carved into balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh or tinned pineapple diced
  • 1/2 punnet of strawberries tops removed and diced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 ripe pears cored and diced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup raw walnuts, pecans or almonds chopped

Directions

  1. Place diced fruit in a bowl
  2. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey, and gently mix ingredients together
  3. Serve on plate or in a tall glass tumbler sprinkled with nuts
