Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons reduced fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons sultanas
  • 8 slice multigrain/wholemeal bread
  • canola spray

Directions

  1. Combine egg, juice, honey and ricotta
  2. Add banana, cinnamon and sultanas and mix well
  3. Lightly spray sandwich maker with oil
  4. Place two slices of bread on the sandwich maker, divide the mixture over the two slices, and cover each slice with another slice of bread
  5. Press in sandwich maker until golden brown and serve hot
