Honey and Soy Chicken Stir Fry

    Marinade Ingredients

    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 2 teaspoons salt reduced soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

    Stir-fry Ingredients

    • 200 grams chicken tenderloins cut into strips
    • 2 teaspoons canola oil
    • 1 medium onion sliced
    • 1 large carrot sliced
    • 1 celery stick sliced
    • 1 small capsicum sliced
    • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh beans
    • 120 grams can corn kernels, drained reserve 1 tablespoon liquid
    • 2 cups cooked noodles


    1. In a large bowl, add all marinade ingredients and mix well
    2. Add chicken and coat in marinade mix.  Allow to marinate while chopping/preparing the vegetables
    3. Heat non-stick frypan or wok and add oil
    4. Add chicken and cook until slightly browned and thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from pan and set aside
    5. Add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes
    6. Add remaining vegetables and canned corn liquid. Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes
    7. Add cooked chicken and noodles – stir for 2 minutes until heated through
    8. Remove from heat and serve immediately
